On-Time Guarantee

Overview

Operational reliability is a core standard at GPI Defense.

Our On-Time Guarantee ensures that assigned personnel arrive at the scheduled service time for confirmed deployments. If GPI Defense fails to meet this standard, two billable hours will be credited to the client account associated with the service.

 

Guarantee Eligibility

The On-Time Guarantee applies to scheduled security services confirmed and staffed by GPI Defense.

 

Service Credit

If assigned personnel arrive late to a scheduled deployment, GPI Defense will apply a credit equivalent to two billable hours to the client account.

 

Exclusions

The On-Time Guarantee does not apply to delays caused by circumstances outside of GPI Defense operational control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Traffic accidents
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Site-access delays
  • Other force majeure events

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate service location details, site-access information, and scheduling requirements prior to deployment.

Any scheduling modifications or operational changes should be communicated to GPI Defense as soon as possible.

 

Reporting

Any concerns regarding arrival time or service eligibility under the On-Time Guarantee must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled deployment.

Questions or claims regarding the guarantee may be directed to your GPI Defense representative or submitted through official company contact channels.

The On-Time Guarantee reflects the operational standards and accountability measures built into GPI Defense service coordination, field supervision, and deployment procedures.
