On-Time Guarantee Policy
Overview
At GPI Defense, punctuality is a cornerstone of our service commitment. Our On-Time Guarantee ensures that our security personnel will arrive at the scheduled time for every service. If we fail to meet this expectation, we will credit two billable hours back to your account.
Terms & Conditions
Guarantee Coverage:
The On-Time Guarantee applies to all scheduled security services provided by GPI Defense.
Credit Details:
If GPI Defense personnel arrive late, you will receive two billable hours credited back to your account.
Exclusions
The On-Time Guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Traffic accidents or road closures
- Other force majeure events
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and timely information regarding the location and access for security services.
- Any changes to scheduled services must be communicated to GPI Defense as soon as possible.
Reporting and Claims
- If you believe that our On-Time Guarantee was not met, you must report the issue within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
- Claims should be submitted to your GPI Defense account manager or through our customer service contact.
